Our focus starts with food and drink that emphasizes the natural flavors and textures of the best ingredients and in-house tested recipes. All of our food is prepared from scratch by people that love to cook and are proud of their creations. Our fish and vegetables are the freshest, and all of our soups, sauces, and dressings are made in-house daily.
We offer several varieties of seafood, along with some great fresh cut steaks, burgers, and pastas along with huge speciality salads.

About Our Founders
Florida’s Fresh Grill opened its doors on June 19, 2013. It was the first restaurant that Bill and Susan Walters owned themselves. After spending their lives working for big corporations like “Cork N’ Cleaver”, “Steak & Ale”, “The Chart House”, “Outback Steakhouse” and “Bonefish Grill”, they felt that it was time to start FRESH and create a restaurant with a culture of uncompromising commitment to quality and an intense passion for warm, friendly service.
They also knew that if they always took care of their staff, making them feel included and part of something special, the business would take care of itself. The formula worked!
While Susan has spent her entire life in Cocoa Beach, Bill has lived and worked in Orlando and spent the last 24 years in Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach. They have combined 6 children , 6 grandchildren, and two little puppies.
